# SuperScheduler > SuperScheduler is a resource scheduling library for React and the browser: a virtualized timeline of resources and time where people plan, move and resize work. Two editions share the data model: Lite (public npm package `super-scheduler-lite`, read-only daily timeline) and Pro (`super-scheduler`, private versioned tarball, interactive planning). Documentation is also published in Spanish (/es/), French (/fr/) and German (/de/); each guide has a Markdown version at the same path ending in `.md`. ## Documentation - [What is a resource scheduler?](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/what-is-a-resource-scheduler.md): How a resource scheduler differs from an appointment calendar, when your product needs one, and which capabilities SuperScheduler Lite and Pro provide. - [Quick start with Lite](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/quick-start-lite.md): Install super-scheduler-lite from npm and render a read-only daily resource timeline in React: options and defaults, click callbacks, imperative control and limits. - [Install SuperScheduler Pro](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/install-pro.md): Install Pro from its private, versioned HTTPS tarball with npm, keep lockfile integrity, upgrade deliberately, run it in CI and treat the download key as a secret. - [Resources, events and intervals](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/resources-events-intervals.md): The data model: resource and event ids, half-open intervals, ISO date-times with seconds, civil times without time zones, and typed custom fields with EventData. - [React integration, refs and lifecycle](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/react-integration.md): Mount SuperSchedulerComponent, reach the control through refs or useSchedulerControl, size it, memoize props by identity and dispose correctly under Strict Mode. - [Controlled events and callbacks](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/controlled-state.md): Keep events in React state with onEventsChange, give the control its own copy, learn the callback order of a drop, and save changes optimistically or after confirmation. - [Drag, resize and business rules](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/drag-resize-rules.md): Validate moves while the user drags, prevent overlaps, block closed time, lock events, confirm changes asynchronously and explain every refusal with the drag card. - [Hours, minutes, days and zoom](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/time-scales-zoom.md): Configure scales, cell durations and time headers, show hours or 15-minute cells, hide non-business time, and zoom from months to minutes with gestures, code and widgets. - [Resource trees, columns and selection](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/trees-columns-selection.md): Group resources in a tree, add sortable, resizable and reorderable row header columns, filter rows and events, and select events, rows or time ranges in Pro. - [Keyboard, accessibility and touch](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/keyboard-accessibility-touch.md): Enable full keyboard navigation, understand the focus model and announcements, offer alternatives to dragging, and adapt the timeline to touch and assistive tech. - [React render slots and hover cards](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/react-render-slots.md): Render events, rows, headers, cells and areas as React components with super-scheduler/react-render, add hover cards, and keep large boards fast while scrolling. - [Themes, tokens, Tailwind and dark mode](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/theming.md): Style the scheduler with --super-scheduler-* tokens, re-skin the accent so every tint follows, match your dark mode, and set up Tailwind v3 or v4 with the right layers. - [Minimap and derived metrics](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/minimap-metrics.md): Add a timeline overview with super-scheduler/minimap, feed it utilization or any metric your application computes, and style, label and dispose of it correctly. - [Undo, redo and history](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/undo-redo.md): Record moves and resizes with super-scheduler/history, apply undo to controlled state, group bulk changes, add your own commands and roll back what the server refuses. - [Dependencies and links between events](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/links-dependencies.md): Draw finish-to-start and other links between events from your data, style them, react to clicks, and enforce dependency rules in your application's own code. - [Coordinated panes and saved views](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/panes-saved-views.md): Split one timeline into synchronized panes with super-scheduler/panes, move events between them, and save and restore zoom, scroll and rows with super-scheduler/views. - [Loading data by date range](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/range-loading.md): Load events as visitors scroll with super-scheduler/ranges: chunked and cancellable requests, a chunk cache, loading skeletons, retries and the server contract. - [Virtualization and performance](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/performance-virtualization.md): How SuperScheduler virtualizes rows, cells and events without React renders, what costs time in your integration, a checklist for large plans and how to measure. - [Languages, civil dates and time zones](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/locales-dates-timezones.md): Localize headers and labels with any Intl locale, format SuperScheduler.Date values, and keep time-zone conversion and recurrence where they belong: in your app. - [Server rendering and prerendered pages](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/ssr-prerender.md): Use SuperScheduler in SSR or statically prerendered apps: ship a meaningful shell, reserve the space, mount the DOM engine on the client and keep CSP strict. - [Migrating from Lite to Pro](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/migrate-lite-to-pro.md): Move an integration from super-scheduler-lite to super-scheduler: what stays the same, which defaults and callbacks change, and how to adopt Pro features step by step. - [Troubleshooting](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/troubleshooting.md): Fix the common integration problems: missing styles, zero-height hosts, null refs, empty views, wrong imports, duplicate React, Content Security Policy and Tailwind. - [API reference](https://superscheduler.org/en/docs/api-reference.md): The public API implemented in SuperScheduler 0.1.0: components, options with verified defaults, callbacks, control methods, subpath modules, Lite and reserved APIs. ## Examples (live demos with synthetic data) - [Video production planning](https://superscheduler.org/en/examples/video-production/): Plan a production week in React: drag sessions between stages, see finish-to-start dependencies, catch an overrun and undo it. Live SuperScheduler Pro demo. - [Physiotherapy clinic appointments](https://superscheduler.org/en/examples/clinic-appointments/): Reschedule physiotherapy appointments in React on 15- and 30-minute slots. Breaks and room cleaning are blocked; every refusal is explained and announced. - [Manufacturing order scheduling](https://superscheduler.org/en/examples/manufacturing-orders/): Shift a work order around machine maintenance in React, watch its sequence of operations turn red and recover, and read plant load on a minimap. Live Pro demo. - [Field service dispatch](https://superscheduler.org/en/examples/field-service-dispatch/): Drag an urgent job from the queue onto a crew in React, or assign it by keyboard. Trades, regions, time off and due times decide.
